Boutary caviar is a privilege for demanding connoisseurs, best appreciated with certain decorum. Its service, inspired by classic French etiquette, immerses one into a revived "vie de château".

To dramatize its scenography, Boutary has called upon the iconoclastic talent of British designer Lee Broom and paired it with the know-how of the most prestigious French luxury "maisons."

Boutary Premier Cru's luxurious tins come with an 18K-gold signet ring handmade by Arthus Bertrand, the famed artisan jeweler behind the French Légion d'Honneur. This rings adds a a sophisticated twist to sampling caviar "à la Royale", on the pack of the palm, as instituted by the Tsars' imperial tasters.

Boutary and Lee Broom also found inspiration from the "torchlight processions" that preceded the caviar service in Parisian restaurants of the Belle Epoque to design an exceptional caviar chandelier. This ornate crystal piece, serving both as an elegant refresher and a sumptuous display, is crafted by France's oldest crystal manufacturer, the Maison Saint Louis.
